Important note: Please only send us the Starfire for repair. All unnecessary parts will be stored at our premises for the duration of the repair. The customer bears the packaging and shipping costs for return shipments.
Procedure: You send us the device by post. The inspection or repair begins approx. 3-5 working days after receipt of the parcel. We will then send the device back to you.
Important: Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the parcel to speed up the processing phase considerably. Please read these instructions completely before dispatch!
