Procedure: You send us the device by post. The inspection or repair will begin approximately 3-5 working days after receipt of the parcel. Finally, we will send the device back to you.
Important: Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the parcel to speed up the processing phase considerably. Please read these instructions thoroughly before shipping!
