The John Deere GreenStar 1800 display is a tried-and-tested, compact ISOBUS monitor for guidance and machine control in agriculture. It has been specifically designed as a flexible solution for mixed farms and medium to large arable farms.
🛠️ Key technical features
Screen: 7-inch (17.8 cm) colour display in 16:9 widescreen format.
Operation: Control is via 10 physical display buttons on the sides only (no touchscreen).
Connectivity: Integrated USB port for software updates, data backup and the export of documentation data.
Compatibility: Universally compatible with all vehicles with a 12V power supply.
🌾 Key functions & software
The terminal covers essential precision farming applications, some of which can be expanded via add-on features:
Track guidance: Supports manual track guidance (parallel driving) as well as the AutoTrac and AutoTrac Universal automatic steering systems.
ISOBUS Virtual Terminal (VT): Enables cross-manufacturer control of certified implements (e.g. sprayers, fertiliser spreaders, seed drills).
Correction signals: Compatible with various John Deere accuracy levels such as SF1, SF2 and, via appropriate receivers (such as StarFire iTC or StarFire 3000), up to high-precision RTK.
Section control: Software-based support for automatic section control systems such as SprayerPro or Section Control to reduce overlap at headlands.
Documentation: Basic recording and storage of field data and cultivation steps directly on the terminal.
