Procedure: You send us the device by post. The inspection or repair begins approx. 3-5 working days after receipt of the parcel. We will then send the device back to you.
Important: Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the parcel to speed up the processing phase considerably. Please read these instructions completely before dispatch!
