Procedure: You send us the device by post. The inspection or repair begins approx. 5-10 working days after receipt of the parcel. We will then send the device back to you.
Important: Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the parcel to speed up the processing phase considerably. Please read these instructions carefully before dispatch!
Attention: Please provide us with the serial number of your Farmnavigator when ordering! In the construction period from 2014 - 2017 there was a design change of the device. For older devices, the entire board must be replaced (complete device replacement), which involves more effort.
