Important note: The above price refers only to our inspection flat rate for electronics repairs!
Please only book ‘various electronics repairs’ if you cannot find a suitable item in the list!
Note: No processing will take place without booking or registering a repair order via the online shop!
How to complete the order correctly:
1.) Please download our PDF repair form for electronics (see clipboard icon at the top right of the shop), fill it out completely and sign the form. We recommend using a PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) to complete the form.
2) You can now upload the completed form here before booking the item. Please do not forget to include the signed printout in the parcel!
Note: Please send the defective part to us as soon as possible. If we do not receive a package after 14 days, the repair order will be cancelled by us!
3) Once you have uploaded the file, the booking can now be placed in the shopping basket.
4) Please do not pay for the booked repair in advance or via PayPal!
As an end customer, select the payment method prepayment
As a dealer, select the payment method dealer order
When shipping, you pay for the return shipment in advance.
Now wait for the payment request.
5) As soon as we have received and checked the item, you will receive feedback.
If the item is repairable, we will send you an offer. If you accept the offer and pay, we will start the repair. You will receive feedback from the shop when your item is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
If your item is not repairable, you will only receive feedback from the shop that your item is ready for collection or has been dispatched. You will also find a note that the item was unfortunately not repairable by us. Finally, you will receive the invoice for the inspection fee.
